“新商科”是产教深度融合的全新培养模式,校企合作、开展深度产教融合是提升商科教学质量的重要途径。通过产教融合,开展基于OBE-CDIO模式下的课程教学改革,根据工作岗位的职业素养与技能需求设置教学项目,在每个教学项目开展中采用CDIO(构思-设计-实现-运作)教学模式,结合线上+线下双线融合、案例+实战双轮驱动式的教学方法和手段来提升学生实践能力。通过课程教学改革,激发了学生学习的积极性和内在的创造性,提升了学生职业竞争力,取得良好社会效应。
Abstract:"New Business" is a new training model for deep integration of industry and education. School-enterprise cooperation, deep integration of industry and education are the important ways to improve the quality of business teaching.Through the integration of industry and education, curriculum teaching reform based on the OBE-CDIO model is carried out. Teaching projects are set up according to the professional literacy and skill requirements of jobs. The CDIO teaching model of Conceive(C), Design(D), Implement(I),and Operate(O) is adopted in the development of each teaching project. Combined with online and offline dual integration, case and practical dual-driven teaching methods and means are used to enhance students' practical abilities.Through the reform of curriculum teaching, the students' enthusiasm and inherent creativity are stimulated, the students' professional competitiveness is promoted and the good social effect is achieved.
